
People Projects Analyst

- Create, maintain, and develop People programme tools, templates, and guidance to ensure projects are managed consistently and effectively.
- Monitor and report on programme progress, risks, and dependencies to enable clear decision-making.
- Act as Project Manager on a portfolio of technology and process-based People Services projects, delivering them on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Guide and mentor People team colleagues who are leading strategic projects, providing practical support and advice on programme management best practice.
- Prepare monthly programme updates for the People Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders, ensuring visibility of roadmap health and progress.
- Support the Director of People Services in governance processes to ensure alignment across the People roadmap.
- Work with the People Services team to analyse processes, systems, and ways of working, assessing their efficiency and impact on employee experience.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and design streamlined solutions, leveraging technology and automation where possible.
- Demonstrated experience in programme or project management, preferably within HR, People Services, or related functions.
- Strong ability to create and manage programme management frameworks, tools, and reporting.
- Skilled in process analysis and improvement.
- Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels and build strong collaborative relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and delivery.
- Comfortable working in an environment of change and ambiguity.
