Salary: Up to £40,000 per annumA little bit about the role:
- Deliver high-quality training (in-person, virtual, blended) across the business
- Design structured learning pathways for various roles and career stages
- Support and guide the wider L&D team on best practices and priorities
- Work with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop relevant content
- Maintain and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Contribute to firm-wide projects and business transformation initiatives
- Ensure training is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with company values
- Build relationships with external training providers and partners
- Experience in L&D within professional services or a fast-paced setting
- Confident in delivering training and creating engaging learning content
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 and familiar with LMS tools
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous learning
- UK driving licence with flexibility to travel when needed
