We do this by living our values: Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Equity.We are looking for a Deputy Donation Centre ManagerAre you a hands-on with a passion for charity retail and sustainability? This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a busy donation and distribution centre, managing stock flow, logistics, and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth goods-in and goods-out processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse assistants, drivers, and volunteers.
  • Manage stock distribution, ensuring quality items reach retail outlets and maximising recycling opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and training.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance and logistics planning.
The successful candidate should have previous experience of logistics processes, excellent communication skills and knowledge of health and safety in a warehouse environment.As an employee you will receive the following benefits:
