Civil Litigation Lawyer, 3+ Years PQE, Devon, £45,000+ (DOE) - A new opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established and growing Shipping Team. JOB REF:0424.THE ROLE:
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of wet shipping matters and includes P&I and Defence work and Admiralty work including collisions, pollution and total losses
  • You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
  • You will be confident and capable of participating in the development of the department and using marketing and networking to do this.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Applications are sought from Civil Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE with a real interest of shipping law.
  • Previous shipping experience is preferred but not essential
  • A self-sufficient, proactive working style
  • The ability to manage your own caseload with support where appropriate
