
Instrumentation Engineer

- Design, install, and calibrate instruments like sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
- Perform maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion of work tickets.
- Ensure accurate measurements and controls for safe plant operations.
- Investigate and resolve instrument failures.
- Develop specifications for process measurements (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow).
- Participate in system installations and calibrations.
- Maintain safe working areas and adhere to housekeeping standards.
- Apply good manufacturing practices in facilities and documentation.
- Understand validation requirements for equipment installations.
- Experience working to GMP within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or food manufacturing environment
- Apprenticeship or Degree qualification in engineering
- Knowledge of electrical systems
- Basic understanding of field instruments, P&IDs, and loop diagrams.
- Experience with systems like air handling units, high-purity water systems,, equipment, and filling machines.
