The successful candidate will specialise in housing management, handling possession proceedings, debt recovery litigation, and complex disputed matters across various sectors including private, student, and Build to Rent accommodation. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice to clients, and ensuring cases are resolved efficiently and in line with firm standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in housing management, particularly in handling disputes, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively manage clients and casework. You will be expected to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment while striving for continual professional development and growth within the practice.
  • Extensive experience in housing management, possession proceedings, and debt recovery litigation
  • Knowledge of disputes relating to private, student, and Build to Rent sectors
  • Proven ability to manage complex and disputed cases effectively
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal with relevant experience in housing law
  • Aspiring to develop within a supportive and expanding practice
