- Communicating effectively through all channels with all customers to ensure our high customer service levels are maintained
- Listening to our customers wants and needs in their vehicle, and suggesting suitable vehicles
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction with the process
- Maintaining all of our minimum standards to ensure you consistently hit your KPIs
