This team looks after communications governance, firmwide communications, business and offerings communications, transformation and functions communications, external communications and risk matters, and NSE partner engagement milestones.The transformation and functions communications lead is responsible for this pillar of the team, which includes:
  • Shaping and building the comms & engagement team to deliver the firm's transformation, working closely with relevant NSE managing partners, including for Operations, Transformation, and functional areas like Technology, Quality & Risk Services, and Growth
  • Identifying and continuously evolving the right resourcing model to do so, including the ability to tap into flexible resourcing to respond to transformation requirements
  • Overseeing the delivery of transformation communications through the team, connecting with embedded resource in programmes where relevant, being able to join the dots between programmes and with the wider communications landscape
  • Leading the op model development and governance for enabling functions communications for NSE, and how the central communications team can provide the right business partner support based on a common blueprint
  • Define and lead the approach to communications platforms at NSE level, looking at this holistically across our dimensions, working closely with Global and other Member Firms in the network to identify end-to-end how we combine short-term improvements and longer-term step change in what we have
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies for transformation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in change management, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement, and bring this back to the team to learn and put into practice
  • Be a member of the NSE communications leadership team, working closely with the NSE communications director and other pillar leads as well as NSE partner for Corporate Affairs
