- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for senior and management roles within the different departments.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, regularly scheduling meetings and remaining close to help through the recruitment process.
- Advertising current opportunities on careers pages, job boards and social networks.
- Research and attend events that will help build employer brand in difficult to recruit areas, whilst ensuring value for money for exhibition attendance.
- Follow processes and structures that help to guarantee the best possible service to hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Working with Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager and the Marketing department to maintain consistent message from the brand, in alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.
- Offer as much support in the on-boarding process as possible. Be the candidate outlet and build relationships that position you as a ‘Trusted Advisor’.
- Strong social media skills understanding the value of posting engaging content and the value organic applications has to the business.
You'll be working as part of a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists who cover different departments across the company. This is a broad role, with various stakeholders and a role like this will lend itself to someone who is passionate about the role HR has to play in the candidate journey in to a successful Talent Acquisition department. Our service strategy is to be business partners with the department, becoming intrinsic and being seen as a 'trusted advisor' to the departments you support. This works brilliantly for us and has resulted in some of our team even going to work in the departments they support!About You
You will need to be experienced in recruiting or HR Administration. You will be passionate about fashion, about brand marketing and awareness and ultimately about creating fantastic candidate experiences. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively, particularly with new people. Good understanding of Social Media channels and sourcing channels in creative ways. Your personality will need to be positive, driven and buzzing.
