This exciting opportunity involves working within a dedicated Children and Young People’s Drug and Alcohol Service, where you’ll support vulnerable and hard-to-reach young people every day.   • Engage with hard-to-reach children and young people, utilising your experience to build trusting and supportive relationships.
  • Deliver meaningful interventions tailored to each young person’s unique situation and needs.
  • Manage a caseload from referral through to closure, maintaining accurate records of all interactions and plans in line with service procedures.
  • Utilise knowledge of SystmOne to efficiently manage and document cases.
  • Support young people in overcoming complex challenges, contributing to their safety and resilience.
