Start Date: 01/09/2025Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Salesforce Programme Manager to lead a critical transformation programme for a major retail client, migrating from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). The client is already leveraging Sales and Service Cloud, and this programme will complete their move to a fully integrated revenue platform.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end CPQ to RCA transformationDefine programme roadmap, scope, milestones, and risksLead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors (Salesforce, SIs, etc.)Ensure seamless integration with existing Sales & Service Cloud setupOversee governance, solution design, testing, and change managementAlign executive stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Ops, and ITDrive adoption and ensure business readiness across all impacted teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience leading Salesforce transformation programmes, ideally CPQ or Revenue CloudStrong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, with deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledgeFamiliarity with Sales and Service Cloud and how RCA integrates with themExcellent stakeholder and vendor management skillsSalesforce certifications (e.g. CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant) a strong plusRetail or high-volume B2C experience preferred
