Are you available immediately and happy to commit to a busy short-term role?We are recruiting for a Temporary Materials Planner to support a well-established client in Greenford during a peak period. You'll be working closely with the Head Buyer and wider supply team to ensure that materials are ordered, received, and tracked on time. This is a fast-paced role that needs someone who can hit the ground running.What You'll Be Doing:
- Raising purchase orders and processing requisitions
- Tracking and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate best prices and resolve issues
- Managing invoice queries, overcharges, and delivery discrepancies
- Supporting engineering and operational teams with procurement queries
- Preparing purchasing and stock data as required
- Contributing to wider procurement and contract improvement projects
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, materials planning, or supply chain
- Solid Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple tasks
- Proactive team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Immediate start available

- Potential for extension depending on workload
- Monday to Friday working hours
