Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to customers.
  • Participate in training programs to improve service skills and knowledge about the company’s offerings.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
