- Deliver on the luxury leisure sales strategy as directed by the senior commercial team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international partners including luxury consortia, high-end travel agencies, luxury FIT operators, and specialist tour operators.
- Represent Cameron House at major global luxury travel events (e.g., ILTM, Virtuoso Travel Week, ATM Dubai) and undertake sales trips to priority markets.
- Manage Cameron House's participation in luxury consortia and partnerships, maximising visibility and ROI.
- Design and deliver compelling sales presentations to engage and inspire travel partners.
- Host high-profile FAM trips and site visits, ensuring the resort is showcased to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to develop tailored offers and campaigns for international luxury leisure markets.
- Provide detailed reporting on account performance, pipeline, and market insights, ensuring strategies remain agile and commercially effective.
- Monitor competitor activity within the luxury space to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

- Proven track record in international luxury hotel sales, with strong exposure to the US, Middle East, and European leisure markets.
- Established network of relationships with luxury consortia, high-end travel advisors, luxury FIT operators, and premium tour operators in target regions.
- Proven success in delivering sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the luxury leisure segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Comfortable with extensive international travel and representing Cameron House in key overseas markets.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
