Our client, a leading logistics business, is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their early shift team in Avonmouth. You’ll work 40 hours a week, across any 5 days from 7 (including weekends), with your rota provided well in advance.You’ll be working 06:00–14:00, earning £12.30 per hour (£492/week) rising to £13.55 after 12 weeks. After 27 Weeks this will rise to £14.55Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates – between £17.66 and £19.91 per hour.What you’ll be doing:You’ll be part of a chilled team (literally), making sure orders are picked, packed, and ready to go.

Pick orders using voice picking
Ensure accurate quantities and top-quality standards
Pack items safely and correctly for dispatch
Hit deadlines and keep to daily targets
Keep your area clean and follow all health & safety rules
Help with stock takes and restocking when needed

What you’ll need:

Warehouse experience (order picking preferred)
Able to work in chilled conditions
Great attention to detail
A team player mindset and solid communication skills
Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
