- Using our ITSM tool Halo to manage requests and ensure SLA’s are maintained
- Providing advanced 1st & 2nd line support for core MS solutions & business systems which includes Office 365 / Teams/ Exchange Online, Active Directory /Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop and 8x8 telephony
- Documenting & sharing knowledge within the department
- Setting up new hardware such as mobile devices & laptops using MDT & InTune
- Working with other IT teams, departments & 3rd parties to resolve issues and provide support.
