Conveyancing Locum

- Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, leasehold & freehold matters, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and ensuring full compliance
- Proven track record in all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational and case management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Available for the full duration of the assignment
- £40 - £45 per hour
