- Pay: £2080-£2100 per month

- Use appropriate strategies to support pupils' learning and language development, including through play, conversation, and structured interventions.
- Apply praise and constructive feedback to maintain pupils' interest in learning activities, helping build self-esteem, motivation, and personal and social skills.
- Promote awareness and respect for each child-regardless of religion, culture, gender, or ability.
- Plan, deliver, monitor, and evaluate interventions (e.g., speech and language, literacy, maths), liaising with SENCos, therapists, and other specialists to promote pupil progress.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress toward targets and attend review meetings to ensure tailored support.
- Assist pupils with basic ICT tasks and use resources effectively to support learning.
- Know and support the learning programmes designed for pupils, including those with SEN or additional needs.
- Prepare and maintain learning resources and promote their effective use.
- Calm, reliable, and professional in all interactions with children and adults.
- A strong understanding of inclusive practices, safeguarding, and behaviour management.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach.
- Familiarity with the national curriculum and early years' frameworks is desirable.
