Join our client, a leading contractor specialising in marine and infrastructure projects, working across key sites in Devon and Hampshire. You will play a critical role in delivering large-scale marine and heavy civils contracts, managing the full QS scope from procurement through to final accounts.Key Responsibilities for this Quantity Surveying role:
- Manage all quantity surveying duties on marine and infrastructure projects
- Prepare procurement packages, tender evaluations, and contract documentation
- Monitor costs and progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Assess and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, with a focus on B, C, and E clauses
- Collaborate closely with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure commercial success
- Proven experience in heavy civils and marine construction projects
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of NEC contract administration (B, C, and E clauses preferred)
- Competent in managing full QS duties independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Willingness to work between Devon and Hampshire sites
