
Customer Service Advisor (Parts and Aftersales)

- Assist customers over the phone, and online with parts inquiries.
- Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Upsell additional products and services when appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
- Process sales transactions using our premier stock system.
- Prepare invoices, quotes, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service technicians for part orders
- Experience in lawnmower, garden machinery, or automotive parts sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use parts lookup software and online catalogues.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Monday to Friday working alternating shifts
- Week 1 – 08:00-16:30, Week 2 08:30-17:00
- £25,000-£28,000 DOE
