SEND Specialist TutorWe need SEND Specialist Tutors to provide tailored 1:1 tuition for young people who are currently unable to access mainstream education. OpportunityWe work with children and young people across Gloucester who have a variety of SEND needs and require an individualised approach to learning. Many of these learners may feel anxious about attending school, have struggled to stay engaged in a classroom environment, or need additional support to meet their educational goals.As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you will design and deliver bespoke lessons to help bridge gaps in learning, rebuild confidence, and encourage re-engagement with education. RoleLocation: Various locations across GloucesterPosition: SEND Specialist TutorContract Type: Temporary, part-time (6-15 hours per week per student)Start Date: ASAPDuration: Ongoing, until the student is able to reintegrate into mainstream or specialist provisionPay Rate: £25+ per hour (negotiable)Working Hours: Primarily during school hours (Monday to Friday), arranged to suit family schedulesWe will work closely with you throughout the placement, supporting you with weekly progress reviews to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil.
