The team handles all digital, commerce and affiliate press related activity within the business, working collaboratively with many departments to ensure press coverage is maximised. Being part of the PR team means a very fast paced environment, working alongside multiple global agencies and coordinating all press activities.About the role:You will be part of The Beauty Tech Group’s PR team, focused on Digital PR. The team handles all digital, commerce and affiliate press related activity within the business, working collaboratively with many departments to ensure press coverage is maximised. Being part of the PR team means a very fast paced environment, working alongside multiple global agencies and coordinating all press activities.Key responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementing digital PR strategies to support marketing campaigns and new product launches.
  • Building and maintaining publisher revenue streams and monitoring territory specific performance to ensure continued growth.
  • Develop and maintain press relationships with top tier media outlets to secure coverage and visibility for our brand.
  • Regularly communicating with affiliate/commerce writers/contacts to ensure digital PR campaigns run smoothly.
  • Working collaboratively with our global PR agencies to ensure that digital targets are met and strategy is aligned.
  • Monthly PR Performance Reporting utilising affiliate and SEO knowledge.
  • Pitching ideas, CPA campaigns, flat fee and tenancy opportunities to the Global Digital PR Manager in order to support channel growth.
  • Utilising SEO knowledge to identify opportunities for placements and search term led campaigns.
  • Supporting the development of junior team members.
Candidate requirements:
  • This opportunity would suit a candidate with previous PR agency or in house experience with a keen interest in digital marketing and exposure to SEO.
  • Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
  • Prior Digital PR or Affiliate Marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with top tier international press titles.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Google Trends.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise confidently with colleagues, external agencies and press.
  • Reporting to the wider business and attending internal meetings.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • EU language skills would be beneficial for this role but are not essential.
