- Lead and manage the operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant and Terrace as well as the Bar Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
- Manage restaurant and bar teams to consistently deliver exceptional service and champion guest satisfaction initiatives through effective training and development of the team.
- Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximising revenue and profitability.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilising innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
- Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
- Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.
