- Safeguarding the premises, assets, and people through regular patrols and continuous monitoring, following the site's Assignment Instructions (AI) and Health & Safety protocols.
- Acting as an ambassador for the outlet, providing a welcoming, professional presence while assisting visitors, staff, and brand partners to ensure a safe and positive experience.
- Leading and supporting responses to incidents, emergencies, and evacuations, ensuring swift and compliant execution of all procedures.
- Working closely with fellow security team members to ensure an effective and united approach, especially during high-pressure situations.
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activity or potential threats, taking proactive measures to prevent theft, damage, or breaches.
- Ensuring the safety of the Centre during evening operations, including management of the night-time economy.
- Overseeing vehicle movements within the Centre to maintain safety and prevent congestion.
- Remaining vigilant for signs of fire, flooding, or other hazards, and taking swift action to address them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong background in customer service, with the ability to remain calm and confident in all situations.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding) is essential.
- Composure under pressure and the ability to handle challenging situations with discretion and authority.
- Keen attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent time management skills.
- A 5-year checkable work history.
