- Sales Director: £90k-£110k base | £180k-£220k OTE
- Market Development - Identify, engage, and nurture prospects across industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, and professional services.
- Sales Cycle Management - Own the complete sales process: lead generation, qualification, pitching, solution mapping, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Solution Selling - Map client business needs to NetSuite ERP, CRM, and SuiteCommerce capabilities, building compelling value propositions that win big deals.
- Partner Collaboration - Work closely with Oracle NetSuite UK on campaigns, co-selling, and partner initiatives.
- Revenue Delivery - Consistently hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Brand Representation - Represent the business at events, trade shows, webinars, and networking functions.
- Account Handover & Growth - Ensure smooth handovers to delivery teams while maintaining client relationships for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Quota Crusher - Show us your numbers (last two years' quota + % achieved).
- Deal Maker - Proven success closing multiple 6-7 figure ERP/SaaS/enterprise software deals.
- Consulting-Bred - Strong consulting/advisory background; confident running engagements without presales hand-holding.
- Multi-Hat Operator - Able to pitch, negotiate, strategise, and occasionally demo yourself.
- High-Energy Closer - Keeps momentum high through long sales cycles.
- Team-First Competitor - Wins personally, but always as part of the squad.
- 6+ years in ERP/Cloud software sales (minimum 3 years selling NetSuite in the UK market).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to C-level executives in mid-market and enterprise sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's advantageous).
- NetSuite Sales Certification preferred.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, CRM, and SuiteCommerce.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation cycles & business process improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Consultative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel within the UK.
