- You will be required to work with children who have challenging needs.
- You will be supported and will be joining a well experienced team.
- 12-months reference-able experience is essential
- The role requires a confident and patient individual who has competent behaviour management skills.
- 12 months experience of working in a school environment.
- NVQ HLTA -behaviour specialist or equivalent in Childcare.
- Ability to relate well to children and adults.
- Working constructively as part of a team
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Full interview preparation and assistance - so you're fully prepped and confident, increasing your chances of success.
