As a Field Service Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coding and marking systems for our valued customers. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our equipment on-site, as well as providing technical support and training to our clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and calibrate coding and marking equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment faults efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, both remotely and on-site.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and spare parts inventory.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a field service engineer or technician, preferably in the coding and marking industry.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
