Our Service teams sit within the Technology and Operations pillar, delivering end to end support for our users and includes the Global Service Desk, 2nd line, Mac and Application Support teams, Operations and Software Compliance team.Note: As the team supports all colleagues across the globe, applicants should be available to work in varying shift patterns covering hours between 07:00 and 19:00 (GMT) as well as a weekend shift, working on a rotation every eight weeks.QualificationsAn enthusiasm for any of the following:
- Customer service, problem solving, IT
- Curiosity for learning more about technology
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
