Bachelor's degree or equivalent. NEC accreditation. Relevant professional qualification or chartered status. Relevant project management experience, including managing and leading teams. Working knowledge of NEC/ICC contract administration. Infrastructure experience, including earthworks, highways, and drainage. Ability to produce/interrogate delivery programs. Commercial acumen and ability to manage relationships with and influence external stakeholders. Experience managing business relationships at the senior-management level.
