
Head of Rent & Service Charges

- Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working
- Membership of a recognised accountancy body with significant experience, ideally within the housing sector.
- Thorough understanding of rent and service charge reviews and associated processes.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills in order to motivate and manage staff and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience of reporting to and presenting at senior level.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills. An ability to interpret complex financial and numerical information and communicate this to others.
