Any applications submitted through agencies will not be considered.Proposed Interview Date: 23rd September 2025The roleThe purpose of this role is to lead on all rent and service charge activity across the group ensuring a proactive, legally compliant, and customer centric approach is delivered at all times.Day to day you will manage the Rent and Service Charges Team to ensure a customer centric, legally compliant, and effective service is delivered at all times whilst providing effective rent and service charge support, advice, and information to all relevant budget holders, managers, and staff across the Group.A full list of this role’s responsibilities can be found in the attached role profile.The right fit
  • Membership of a recognised accountancy body with significant experience, ideally within the housing sector.
  • Thorough understanding of rent and service charge reviews and associated processes.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills in order to motivate and manage staff and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience of reporting to and presenting at senior level.
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills. An ability to interpret complex financial and numerical information and communicate this to others.
