The organisation has been positively transforming young lives for over 15 years, currently operates with a small, passionate team, and is on a mission to expand its reach significantly by 2032.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee financial management including budget setting, forecasting, and reporting.Manage the external accountants and ensure accurate monthly reporting and reconciliations.Monitor project budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of restricted/unrestricted funds.Lead on the audit process and preparation of statutory accounts.Provide financial insight and analysis to the CEO, Board, and wider team.What Experience is RequiredPrevious finance experience within a charity, including managing restricted/unrestricted funds.Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA, AAT or equivalent).Experience producing management accounts and supporting board-level financial decisions.Salary & Benefits£40,000 FTE (£24,000 pro rata)100% remote working with flexible hours23 days annual leave (pro rata) plus 3 Trust Days and 3 Volunteering DaysDeath in Service, Employee Assistance Programme, and pension schemeOpportunities for professional development and national travel (minimal)LocationAlthough fully remote, candidates should ideally be based within commuting distance of
