*Assist with planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development
*Provide individual and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
*Help maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
*Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and parentsRequirements:*A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, Early Years Level 3, or an equivalent relevant qualification
*Experience working with children in an Early Years or primary school setting
*A warm, patient and enthusiastic approach
