ABC Teachers is seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs school in Telford. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2025, where you’ll play a key role in supporting primary-aged pupils with moderate learning needs in a nurturing, inclusive setting.🎯 Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group support within the classroom
  • Helping to foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
  • Working alongside teaching staff to tailor support based on individual needs

✅ Who We’re Looking For:
  • Someone with a calm, patient, and confident approach to behaviour management
  • Previous experience working with children who have SEN or additional needs
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust and support learning
  • Able to provide professional references, hold a valid DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK
