
Operations Executive - Fees

- Fees responsibilities: e.g. maintaining fee static data on various systems, loading fee rates onto new accounts, processing fee debits, refunds and reversals; validate fee documentation; provide fee guidance to branches: man mailbox: answers calls regarding fees; liaising with platform providers and Finance; assist the team with ongoing fee projects etc.
- Help out teams within the same stream and departments as and when required (training provided)
- Adopt a high-quality culture to minimise error, ensuring quality service levels and high standards are delivered. High levels of Accuracy and ability to work within tight deadlines are essential.
- Ability to liaise effectively and constructively with internal and external companies and provide assistance to their queries
- Mathematics, Economics, Finance or similar background with a passion for numbers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and intermediate level Excel.
- Strong Interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to communicate well both written and verbally to various, including senior audiences.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and summarise complex information in a professional and concise manner, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems quickly, organise workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Responding to queries from both internal and external parties in a timely manner and providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally.
- Experience gained within a financial services institution especially in Operations is advantageous but not essential.
- Relevant professional qualifications e.g. CISI Investment Operations Certificate / CII Certificate in Financial Services / CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, desirable but not essential
