Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years qualification, QTS, or relevant degree

- Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in line with the EYFS framework
- Build strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Support daily routines, classroom organisation, and play-based learning opportunities
- Observe, assess, and track children's progress to inform next steps in learning
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification, QTS, or a degree in Early Childhood Education (graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
- A strong commitment to early years education and child development
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care
