You have a deep understanding of running mechanics and the physical challenges athletes face, and you’re driven to help others overcome those obstacles.● Qualified Physiotherapist : You hold a recognised physiotherapy degree and have experience treating sports injuries, particularly running-related injuries. Confidence using manual therapy techniques is a must. Specialised training or certifications in sports physiotherapy are a plus!● Detail-Oriented : With a keen eye for biomechanical analysis, you’re able to identify subtle movement flaws and create tailored treatment plans to fix them.● Approachable & Client-Focused : You’re not just a physiotherapist; you’re a coach and an educator. You communicate clearly and effectively, helping your clients understand their injuries and the treatment process.● Team Player : While you work independently with your clients, you thrive in a team environment, collaborating with fellow physiotherapists, coaches, and other healthcare professionalsWhat Will You Be Doing?● In-Depth Assessments : Including video gait analysis, to perform thorough assessments and develop personalised treatment including “hands on” and rehabilitation plans.● Rehabilitation & Performance Programs : Design and implement custom rehabilitation and injury prevention programs focused on helping runners recover and perform better.● Injury Prevention : Educate clients on proper running techniques, injury prevention strategies, and the importance of cross-training.● Collaborating with Other Experts : Work closely with sports doctors, coaches, and other physiotherapists to provide holistic treatment for your clients.● Leading Workshops and Events : Lead group sessions and seminars on running mechanics, injury prevention, and performance enhancement to engage with the running community.Reaching Your Potential● Continuous Learning : Our client is committed to your development.
