Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8.35 - 3.15 (1/2 hour lunch break)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our children, particularly those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about working with children and developing their learning
- Able to provide 1:1 support to children with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential
- Able to work with smaller groups and within a whole-class setting to support learning and development
- Collaborative and can work with the class teacher and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children
- A good communicator with children, parents/carers, staff, and other professionals
- Able to demonstrate a calm and positive mind-set, solution-focused approach and the ability to stay calm in all situations
- Keen to work as part of a team but also show good initiative to lead learning
- Positive in your outlook and flexible in your approach
