- Perform project management administrative duties as needed
- Prioritise and follow up with sales leads independently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed correctly
- Make sure all projects are streamlined and communicated effectively
- Use effective questioning techniques to establish customer needs and sell/upsell based on their requirements
- Embrace a culture of sales excellence, including following established sales processes, managing pipelines, forecasting accurately, and focusing on core KPIs
- Stay informed about competitive products, market trends, and new technologies
- Maintain close client relationships after onboarding through the sales process
- Ensure customers receive service that is second to none
- Upsell products after the initial sale to encourage repeat business
- Work to targets to maximise revenue with each account
