Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) | Bristol & North Somerset | ASAP StartDo you love helping children feel seen, supported, and successful?Protocol Education is looking for nurturing and proactive Learning Support Assistants to support children with additional needs in Primary SEN settings across Bristol and North Somerset. Whether itโ€™s autism, ADHD, sensory needs or social-emotional challengesโ€”youโ€™ll be making a daily difference in the lives of pupils who need a little extra help to shine.About the Role:1:1 or small group support for pupils aged 4โ€“11
Helping children access learning through structure and encouragement

Working closely with teachers and therapists to create positive outcomesWeโ€™d Love to Hear From You If You:โœ… Have experience in schools, youth work, care or support settings
โœ… Are calm, empathetic, and confident in SEN/SEMH environments
โœ… Can use your initiative while following a structured plan
