- Oversee safety audits and inspections to maintain workplace safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE best practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to integrate HSE objectives into operational goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and legislative changes.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and incident investigation.
- A professional qualification in HSE or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering training and reporting.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to workplace safety.
- Daily rate c£300 inside IR35
