Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA required in Chelmsford, Essex.Our client is a well-established Automotive Bodyshop in the Chelmsford area.They are actively looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA to join their friendly and busy team! Good work ethics are needed, working well in a team as well as under your own initiative is important alongside following instruction from Bodyshop Manager.The Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA role will be to:
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
  • Provide hospitality to customers if they come onto the site.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, emails, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication, ensuring all correspondence is professionally presented, grammatically accurate, and aligned with company tone and standards.
  • Assist in producing estimates for customers
Details & Benefits of this Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA vacancy include:
  • Salary up to £30,000 plus bonus
  • Working Hours Monday to Friday 45 hours per week
  • Holiday Allowance of 28 inclusive of Bank Holidays
  • Uniform and PPE supplied.
  • Training to become a quailified VDA
