At Aramark, we’re looking for a Chef Manager to take the lead at South Bristol Skills Academy, a vibrant and forward-thinking education setting where no two days are the same.This is your chance to run your own kitchen, inspire a small team, and make a real impact by delivering fresh, exciting food that fuels students and staff throughout the day.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead the daily kitchen operation – from hot breakfasts to grab-and-go lunches and deli-style options
  • Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation, ensuring every plate exceeds expectations
  • Own your kitchen’s performance – manage stock, control costs, and deliver accurate financial reports
  • Bring creativity to hospitality events and ensure all food is prepared to brand standards
  • Motivate and support your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development
  • Deliver brilliant customer service and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A recognised culinary qualification and hands-on kitchen experience – ideally within a school, college, or similar environment
  • Confident leadership with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Solid understanding of kitchen finances, from stock control to P&L
  • A natural ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team
  • Eligibility to pass full security vetting and DBS checks is essential
