- Monitor market trends, client and customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and inform proposition design and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the needs and pain points of target customer and client segments, as well as internal stakeholder groups.
- Convert stakeholder insights into clear proposition objectives, value drivers, and success criteria, aligned with business and product strategy.
- Develop targeted propositions that meet the needs of specific segments, delivering value across all key stakeholder groups.
- Create robust business cases and internal presentations to secure alignment, prioritisation, and investment in proposition development.
- Work with cross-functional teams to test, iterate, and confirm product-market fit for new or enhanced propositions.
- Conduct analysis and collaborate with relevant teams to shape the go-to-market strategy for each proposition.
- Track and evaluate performance using both qualitative and quantitative data, leveraging insights to refine and evolve propositions over time.
- Work collaboratively within the Propositions team, contributing to a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.
- Solid experience in product strategy, consulting, or commercial planning.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to turn insights into recommendations and actions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder alignment and business case development.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and with longer-term projects.
- Experience with client-facing or market-led propositions (preferred).
