Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 37 hours per week

- Applying adhesives (e.g. Araldite) and carrying out oven curing
- Preparing parts for inspection, including cleaning and finishing
- Following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
- Using gauges and simple test equipment for inspection support
- Completing records and reporting any non-conformances
- Supporting lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives
- Previous experience in assembly, bonding, or a similar production role
- Hands-on skills using tools, adhesives, and basic measuring equipment
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- Awareness of health & safety and quality standards
- Team-focused with a proactive, positive attitude
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (SAP experience beneficial)
