- Create a sustainable framework for developing Grid Automation’s product marketing content.
- Align content strategy to Demand Gen strategy so that content is delivered on time.
- Build internal documentation required to educate stakeholders internally on product / portfolio vision.
- Set product marketing budgets and track spend, always with an eye for ROI.
- Drive pipeline through consistent execution of MarCom plan.
- Build storytelling architecture and content strategy for portfolio.
- Deliver content on time and on budget.
- Educate stakeholders on portfolio positioning and messaging.
- Build functional processes for Product Marketing team
- Stakeholder management, call cadences, launch communication process, content management protocols.
- Research and compile company statistics and client success stories and to this end positively represent the company and its offerings.
- Evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action accordingly.
- Manage personnel activities of staff (i.e. hire, train, reward, motivate, including handling disciplinaries, performance reviews, and pay discussions).
- Evaluate and assess new projects based upon size, complexity, and time frame.
- Select and assign appropriate project leader and team member(s).
- Serve as escalation point for issues beyond team authority; resolve conflicts involving scheduling, resources, or technical issues.
- Deep domain expertise in industrial software and automation portfolios.
- Demonstrated success operating in a highly matrixed environment.
- Superb leadership abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Significant product marketing and development experience.
- Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.
- Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns.
- 10-15 years of B2B marketing experience.
