- Proven experience in developing internal communications that align with business priorities and drive colleague engagement.
- Good business acumen with experience of translating sales information into digestible content
- Demonstrable ability to write impactful content across multiple formats, including video scripts and digital channels.
- Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Evidence of effective stakeholder engagement, including influencing and negotiating with senior leaders.
- Experience delivering financial performance communications within a publicly listed company (Plc) context.
