Welcome to a classroom where no two days are the same and the kids are as brilliantly ‘exotic’ as their acronyms suggest—SEMH, ADHD, MLD, ASD. Aged 8 to 10, our pupils bring spark, challenge, and lots of love (eventually). It’s a setting that demands consistency, humour, and a bit of good old-fashioned grit. Sound like your kind of place?What’s the setup?You’ll be part of a close-knit trio:1 class teacher1 LSA (ready for anything)And you – our superstar HLTAWhen the teacher’s out (PPA or absence), you’ll take the reins and lead the class, supported by your trusty LSA partner.What we’re looking for:You’ve got SEND experience (or maybe you’ve tamed a wild mainstream class or two).
