The successful candidate will work closely with pupils presenting a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), global developmental delay, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.Key Details:

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or care setting
  • A calm, patient and resilient approach to working with children with additional needs
  • Strong behaviour management strategies and a nurturing mind-set
  • Good written and spoken English and Maths (minimum GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent)
  • A genuine interest in supporting young learners and helping them reach their potential
