- Own the full customer journey: from lead nurture and onboarding to upsell, winback and retention
- Audit existing flows, identify key drop-off points / value drivers, and prioritise testing roadmap across lifecycle stages
- Design, experiment and optimise automated flows across email, SMS and direct mail
- Build journeys for key moments (first box, skipping, reactivation, milestone rewards)
- Build and send weekly CRM campaigns that align with trading priorities
- Use segmentation, personalisation and experimentation to increase performance
- Drive an always-on testing cadence - A/B test subject lines, content, timing, personalisations and segmentation to incrementally lift engagement and conversion.
- Comfortable analysing test results and determining statistical significance to inform next steps
- Report on campaign metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Own and grow our referral program, drive word-of-mouth as a core growth channel through the optimisation of every touchpoint; creative, segmentation, targeting, incentives, messaging, and user journey.
- Launch, manage and scale new referral channels across digital and offline touchpoints
- Track performance; report weekly on referral volume, conversion, and new customer acquisition.
- Nurture unconverted leads and trial customers into full subscribers
- Run targeted reactivation campaigns to reengaged paused and lapsed users
- Define, build and use dynamic content that can be used across our customer touch points, using smart targeting to increase personalisation and engagement.
- Plan and execute direct mail campaigns for reactivation and loyalty
- Test creative, offers and formats to maximise impact
- Collaborate with ops and CX to deliver a cohesive customer experience
- Continued improvement in engagement across each customer touch point, resulting increased customer LTV across all segments
- Consistent growth in referral-driven acquisition
- Improved activation and winback rates for leads and churned users
- High-performing, personalised CRM campaigns with measurable uplift
- Fast experimentation velocity and learnings shared across the business
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM, lifecycle, or retention experience - youâve run the playbook and know what moves the needle in the world of subscriptions
- Proven track record launching high-impact campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail
- Sharp segmentation and testing skills - you know how to personalise at scale and learn fast
- Able to set up A/B tests, interpret results, and translate data into smart decisions
- Comfortable building and optimising automated journeys - onboarding, winback, reactivation, referrals
- Commercially minded. You get how CRM drives incremental profit and long-term value
- Comfortable in the data. You can dig into performance, spot trends, and act on insights
- Strong copy instincts and ruthless attention to detail - you care about every word, every send
- Clear communicator and team player - able to work cross-functionally without slowing down

- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, or similar tools
- Knowledge of LTV modelling or cohort analysis
