Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
• Handling a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
• Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent client service at all times.
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulatory and firm-wide requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other third parties.

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Have a solid understanding of the full residential conveyancing process and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in case management systems and digital working.
